Al Ansar Medina (SBL) tabbed 26-year old Libyan 190cm guard Mohameed Elsadi for new season. Elsadi moved there from Ahly Tripoli in Libyan D1 league where he played this season. The last season he played at Douanes in BAL Tournament In Kigali .

He has played previously professionally in Qatar (Al Khor). Elsadi won Libyan League championship title in 2021 and the cup in 2018 and 2021. He voted toAfrobasket.com All-Libyan League Player of the Year in 2018 and 2021.
